My Week Off

I didn't use much of my sick time or vacation this year, so I had quite a bit left here at the end to use. So, I am taking the last two weeks of the year off from work to spend time with family and friends... and get in some good runs. I'm over one week in and I've already had the chance to run in two of NC's four national forests: Uwharrie and Pisgah. Since words can't do much justice for the incredible (and hilly) trails that cut through these parts of the state, here are some pictures to enjoy.
